I'm using VS 2015 Enterprise and coding on VB. In Debug menu I would like try to play with Start Diagnostic Tools Without Debugging. But That option is missing. What need to do to get that option in Debug menu?

In the new version of visual studio 2015, Start Diagnostic Tools without Debugging has been moved in the Debug menu. You could click Performance Profiler to get the similar function.
