That should work fine with the usual caveats of packaging, privs, and file sharing/locking.

Packaging the executable:
Be sure to include all the files necessary to run your prototype from the build output directory.

Privs:
Obviously the share has to be accessible to the reviewers.
If you instruct the reviewers to save their feedback files back to a shared directory, they will need write privs back to the directory you want the feedback left in.

Sharing / Locking:
If somebody leaves the executable running from the share, the file will be locked from writing if you want to update to a new version.  Most file sharing systems have provisions to forcibly remove the lock, but this can be inconvenient if you have many reviewers and want to make frequent updates.

If a good first impression is important, I would suggest you test the shared version yourself from another machine before posting the link to VIP reviewers.
