I have 2 branches in my project. One is master and other is develop. I created another branch based on master which is feature branch. I made code changes in this features branch and raised 2 pull requests:

1. Feature branch to Master
2. Feature branch to Develop

I completed both the pull requests successfully. However now when I compare Develop and Master in VSO GIT, it is showing me the code difference which I just committed in both branches using pull request. Please let us know if I am missing something here.

After the merge commit, there should be no difference in codes, I am thinking if there are any pending changes then this might cause the issue, and also suggest you to retry committing and let us know the feedback. We are happy to assist you with more information.
