I have written an Outlook add-in, this creates a Custom Task Pane with a User Control on it.

我遇到的问题仅限于Outlook 2013 （Outlook 2010和Outlook 2007工作正常），当用户尝试调整自定义任务窗格的大小时，它无法调整大小并且似乎挂起加载项。

The problem I am experiencing is with Outlook 2013 only (Outlook 2010 & Outlook 2007 work fine), and it is when the user tries to resize the Custom Task Pane, it fails to resize and seems to hang the add-in.
