Can someone here help me resolve this issue.

当我尝试执行以下操作时，出现错误消息"操作无法完成。访问被拒绝"消息。

When I tried to perform below action, error message comes with "The Operation could not be completed. Access is denied" message.

任务管理器==>流程==>右键单击==>创建转储文件

Task manager ==> Process ==> Right Click ==> Create Dump file

当我使用其他用户名（例如系统，网络服务等）进行转储时，这是特别无效的。尝试从当前登录的用户转储时它正在工作。

This is specifically not working out when I take dump with other user name(ex System, Network Service etc). Whereas it is working when tried to take dump from currently logged in user.

NOte：使用管理员用户登录。

NOte: Logged in with administrator user.

According to the error message, you could try to use the administrator to run the Task manager.
