Hello everyone this is my first time posting here. I am trying to figure out a way to create a macro and have an associated button within an email template to run that macro. What i am looking to have the button do is open a link which forces a program to do something and at the same time mark an option in the voting buttons. Basically what i am doing is i have a template that i send out when i update a department database which is on a cloud server. The email tells others within the department that the database has been updated and to sync their cloud apps. They are to then vote completed within that email when they have started the sync for their cloud apps. I'd like to have the button run the macro that will take care of these steps to prevent anyone from just voting and not syncing their cloud apps. I have figured out a macro to make their cloud app sync but i am not sure what else needs to happen within the macro to also select an option in the voting buttons. Any and all insight and help is appreciated.
