I have done Globalization/Localication in  Indian language Kannada, I think it is similar to do it in Left to Right also you have to follow the same approach, if fonts are not there in you OS you have to install, for that you should have OS CD. please follow the link http://www.codeproject.com/kb/wpf/witiymiwyg.aspx
