I am testing my website www.troop152-beta.org both locally [Preview in Windows Internet Explorer 8.0] and on the server [also with Internet Explorer 8.0]. 

When working in Expression Web, and I preview a page locally,  I receive the Blocked Message "To help protect your security Internet Explorer has restricted webpage from running scripts or Active X controls.  However, after publishing to the server and view the same page [index.htm as an example], I do not receive the Blocked Message.

This occurs on both my XP Pro and Vista Home machines.  Both have the latest patches from Microsoft installed.

It does not cause a problem; it's just an annoyance.  Is there a way around this?

Add a "mark of the web" meta tag to the pages, but you will need to remember to remove it before you publish.
