I have an issue with my webcam.  Suddenly I am unable to have webcam conversations.  When I go to offer webcam, the webcam option is grayed out and it only allows Video Call.  I have to ask my friend to initiate this process and it works fine.  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the windows live program.  I've also downloaded and installed the updated driver for my logitech cam.  I'm not sure why this is happening, any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
