In one of the SharePoint List I don't have anything in the form settings. But for the similar Sharepoint list, I am able to see customisation using Power apps or Infopath. Can any one help how to make these custom options available for my list. I am wondering how to set that in form settings.

List_1 & List_2 are having different form settings. Please let me know how to resolve for this. I believe because of this issue I am not able to create any new form, edit form or display form in SPD2010 or 2013. It gives a error message" Could not save changes to the list in the server".

To troubleshoot the issue, you could check if you can create new item in the list_1.
然后您可以检查是否有内容类型LIST_1。
And then you could check if there is content type in the list_1.
转到列表设置 - >高级设置 - >为"允许管理内容类型？"选择"是"并保存更改。之后，它将显示列表的内容类型，如下图所示。
Go to list settings->Advanced settings->Select "Yes" for "Allow management of content types?" and save changes. And after that, it will display the content types of the list like the picture below.
