I got this on my new Samsung computer with Windows 7 and found that the SPAM blocking doesn't work.  Samsung wouldn't help, AT&T, the service provider wouldn't.  Microsoft offers no help.  Norton on the computer was supposed to block but when their tech couldn't, he said to get Outlook Express instead.  Then I had McAfee guarantee that their product would work.  When it didn't either, they said to ask Microsoft.  So full circle.  Is this program worthless for antispam or what.  Nothing goes into the junk folder, whether signalled as blocked or not.  On my Vista PC with just Windows Mail, it all goes into the junk as it is supposed to.

I have the same problem too. I called my internet provider and they directed me to go onto their website and turn on spam filtering.  I did only to find out to check my junk mail, i have to log into their website to check it.  Not what I wanted.  Nothing will go into my windows live mail junk.  It used to work on windows mail , but when I uploaded windows 7 with the live mail it does not.  Not sure where to go from here.
