This is not an official Microsoft answer but I would suspect the answer to be no. They are different product families.

The only reason I can think you would want to do this is to use some of the FP features. Bear in mind these are not ncessarily compliant with modern web standards and not therefore cross-browser compatible.

If you want some of the old FrontPage features why not try Sharepoint Designer? This is a Free downlaod. See:
