Welcome to the MSDN forum.

Now the VS extensions are available at VS Marketplace, refer to your shared link it seems like you want to find the AsyncFixer extension, right?

If so, you can search the AsyncFixer in the above VS Marketplace and you will find it: AsyncFixer which works with VS 2015/2017.

Usually, we can also directly go to Tools>Extensions and Updates>Online and search with the keyword, then check the matched extension as below:
