I need to build the server application that runs on windows7 which handling Rest get and post requests.

The server should be executable and installed by the user which will auto-start when the user starts machine.The browser web page should be able to call the server.

The web server should handle like the server should scan the system for all the drives available and return the hardware details.

I need to develop it in c++ on visual studio 2013.

It would be great if some one helps me?
