I have sharepoint server 2016 on Hyper-V inside a server on a local network, inside the Hyper-V everything is ok, but when I try to access outside the virtual machine the url is called (http://192.168.0.182/sites/intra/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/SitePages/Home.aspx) but with a 404 file not found.

How are your alternate access mappings configured (unlikely by IP)? Is your IIS binding correct? Did you set up DNS properly if your AAM is not using the NetBIOS name of the server only? Any firewall issues? Do you have the vNIC set as External Network?
