我需要一个在AD中修改USERNAMES的脚本，它应该占用特定OU中的所有用户，大约为5000，并在现有用户名的开头添加2位数。

例如，此OU中的所有用户名都是数字，即142334,131111,093333等等。

我需要在用户名之前添加"20"并将其应用于名称开头的所有用户介于01和15之间的范围 

并在以50到99开头的用户名之前添加'19'

I need a script that modifies USERNAMES in AD it should take all users in a specific OU which are around 5000 and add 2 digits to the beginning of the existing usernames.

e.g all usernames in this OU are numbers i.e. 142334 , 131111 , 093333 and so 

i need to add '20' before the username and apply it to all users that their name start in the range between 01 and 15 

and add '19' before the username that starts with 50 to 99

my current username syntax is xx-xxxx : first 2 x's represent a year the other four represent a number from 0001 to 9999

is there a way to do so ?
