i have installed Microsoft Expression Web on my PC and want to use this to make Html,htm / web sites  but  in internet options i can not change it from notepad to expression web edit choice ... please help me

If you mean 'how do I make EW the default editor for HTML files' then go to Control Panel and select 'Default Programs' then 'Associate a file type or protocol with a program'. (This for Vista).

You can also right click an html file in Explorer, go to 'Open with' and then 'Choose default program'

In XP it's similar, right-click, 'Open With'  then 'Choose Program'
