Hello -

We have a few users here who send out emails, but then open up their Sent folder, find the items sent, and save as PDF locally and then upload to SharePoint (on-prem or 365).    I am trying to find a way to automate some if not all of this cumbersome process.   I can set up rules to move the items, but not sure if its possible to save email as PDF without some type of macro or 3rd party tool.

You could skip one of the steps by allowing them to mail directly from Outlook (or Forward) to the document library.
