We shall be creating Modern Team and Communication Sites using Office 365. Would like to get a recommendation on the type of forms to use: Microsoft Forms or PowerApp? What are pros and cons?

There are some information about Microsoft Form and PowerApps

Microsoft Flow:

Pros:

• Free.
• Cross site/applications workflows.
• There are a set of predefined templates that you could use straight out of the box.

Cons:

• Limited use.
• It is not possible to start a second Flow as an action of your primary Flow.
• Cannot rearrange the steps when building the flow.

PowerApps:

Pros:

• Low code.
• Excel knowledge transfers.
• Universal access--iOS, Android, etc.

Cons:

• Need Office365/PowerApps user plan.
• Apps cannot be placed on the app store.
• Apps are only accessible with a Microsoft account; apps are only usable within a domain.
