I've referenced the Silverlight 3 System.Windows.Controls.Navigation assembly in my Silverlight project in Expression Blend 3 preview. I've added a namespace to my page. But Expression Blend can't find UriMapper. It doesn't appear in the Assets panel, and when I type in the XAML, I get a "not found" error:

The name "UriMapper" does not exist in the namespace "clr-namespace:System.Windows.Controls;assembly=System.Windows.Controls.Navigation".

The location of my System.Windows.Controls.Navigation assembly:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Silverlight\v3.0\Libraries\Client

I'm on Windows 7 RC.
