Hi!
I have a WPF application that I'm building in Expression Blend 2.
There's a main window (Window 1). On Window 1 there are a number of buttons. Those buttons each open Window 2 in a new window, but depending on each button, Window 2 gets different images/media.
Right now, The buttons open Window 2 in a new window.
I want to change that. I want the whole application to be built on tabs.
So that Window 1 will be in a tab, and the user can click a button and it will open a new tab that has Window 2's contents. And on a different button, it opens another instance of Window 2 in a new tab, just with a few changes.
Is there a simple and easy way to do this?

I do a lot of work like this, but I dont exactly use tabs. I keep everything in window1, but I suppose you could place your different content and load them in as user controls also. Anyway... I have a few buttons, lets say 3, across the top. I have 3 corresponding grids with content in them. Depending on which buttons you click on, it will display the associated grid. The way I do this set each grid's visibility to hidden, and toggle it to visible when the corresponding button it clicked. I also customize the button to change color, or be highlighted to indicate that it is the current selection. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions.
