Not sure why it's giving this message now, (I've already successfully created a project in the past). I'm using Visual Studio 2012, with Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2012 Power Tools, and Team Foundation Server 2012 installed. There's no way that I'm using an incompatible Team Explorer client.

Based on the above error message, the error may be caused by your account permission issue. Have you checked if you have the correct permission when creating a new team project? If not, please refer to the following steps to check the permission:
