If you don''t a bootable media with Windows installation, you don''t have a system. You can obtain it from Microsoft, based on license or subscription you have. Call Microsoft support and explain the situation. You should have checked it up before removing of available system. May be the DVD you have is only suitable for upgrade; I don''t know.
