No, you cannot. The question makes no sense and is based on misconception.
For a record, Microsoft ActiveX technology can be used to execute some local-system code on the client side, but, strictly speaking, it would not exactly "in the browser", even if the code is called in the browser''s process. Besides, this technology is not supported by all platforms and browsers and is quite unsafe. I would recommend to avoid it by all means. For all practical purpose, you even don''t really want to use MFC in a Web applications. Web applications are meant to work on all platforms, and MFC is only applicable to Windows. Again, makes no sense.
