Is there a way to disable the CTRL-W hotkey across the board for all apps in the registry?  One of my users has a bad habit of  hitting the CTRL-W instead of SHFT-W which causes him/her to loose hours of work.  Therefore I simply want to disable the hotkey.  I assume the application is using the MS hotkey as a default, but regardless, I would rather just shut it off on his machine.  User runs Win 10.
