I believe my Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package is not properly configured so am following steps to fix this, but have hit a stumbling block because when I want to copy dlls files into the System32 folder as suggested it wont allow me access.  I am logged in as administrator but it still doesn't work.  Can someone please help?  Kate
