Since installing Update 1 for the Release Manager server, all releases are stuck at In Progress and the Deploy step is stuck at Pending. No logs are written.

We thought we had it fixed once the service account was granted sysadmin permissions on SQL and we reran the server configuration, but since the weekend it has reverted to the same issue again.
