I often need to track TFS# ,but when I try to access this link :http://gfsvstf:8080/tfs/GFS%20Service%20Mgmt/GFS-CSIPRM/_workitems to check any TFS# I get the error message :TF51300: Either access to the database is denied, or the item does not exist. Note sure what permissions I require. I already added in MSG Secure Users security group. Can anyone suggest which group I still need to be added ?

Did you try to access other collection and see if other collection work items can be accessed? Please refer to the following steps to check you account permission in that collection and re-add your account to the correct security group:
