I am using visual studios 2015 to create a Registration page.

I realized that there is one by default one in asp.net but I don't know how to add new fields like telephone and address which I want.

I decided to start  with an empty project I have a password textbox and I have had problems with special characters like ',* and &. in the past.

I am wondering if that will be a problem in MSSQL server later on. should I prevent the user from entering them?

I also prefer to not re invent the wheel so if one know a good way of customizing the default registration page in webforms and MVC I am up for that too
