Hi Miguel,

EF4 is already released, it was part of Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4.0.

We will shortly be releasing a go-live release of the DbContext API and Code First, we'll blog soon about naming etc. We don't have any definite details on the next full release of the Entity Framework yet.
