I have a small problem. It seams that accounts of 5 of my customers have been hacked. The password hasn't been changed but, all thery contacts were deleted, and from theyr accounts  very disturbing msgs have been sent. That indicated that this wasn't done with a bot but by a real person, becouse it was addapting it's language depending on the language of the contact. Now i have a few questions. Is there any possibility that my customers can get theyr contacts back? How can i protect my customer from this. They have antivirus servers and hardware firewall, and they don't use that accounts at home. Any tips would be very much appreciated.

I don't have a solution but recently i logged into my windows live messenger to find that all of my contacts had been blocked. When i signed in later that same day my contacts vanished before my eyes both from my messenger and the accompanying email address. Since then mass emails from that address have been sent to my entire list of contacts from what appears to be advertising.

 

I too have anti virus, which hasn't picked anything up and a firewall and my password remained the same.
