Is it possible to create a submenu like "Assign Policy" -> "Retention Policy"?

Inside outlook, Right click on an email and see the context menu under Assign policy. The Retention policy is like a header and then we have the following menu items..

1 Month Delete (30 Days)

1 Week Delete (1 week) 

and so on...
