I have a Silverlight app which needs blending. I want to outsource this but dont want to hand over my Visual Studio source code. Is there any way to compile it but still let the designer work on the design in blend?

Jokes aside, you can do it pretty easily. You'll just need to tell me (you're hiring me, right?) the names of your buttons for click events, bindings for datagrids, etc so that it works out of the box. You could make the process even simpler/cheaper by not having the designer name anything (and delivering xaml that runs w/o your code), then adding the onClick events, binding, etc yourself to the xaml.
