Hi All,

We are facing a strange issue in PROD environment, only when we search for the word "Warranty" the results are not sorted by Title relevance.

Instead, it’s sorted by highlightedsummary. This summary also holds some other list’s description, which is not related to the result item. The actual value matched (Title or URL or Description) items are appearing in the later pages. But for few other words search, the results are appearing as expected.

This issue is happening only in PROD, in TEST environments it’s working fine.

We have verified proximity weight and context weight (140, 50) set up in both TEST and PROD, they are same.

Verified full-text index mapping, Title is mapped to "very high priority" in both TEST and PROD

ImportanceLevelWeight setup in TEST and PROD

                1 – 30; 2 – 10; 3 – 20; 4 – 30; 5 – 40; - 6 – 50; 7 – 500;

The only difference between TEST and PROD is, TEST is mapped to 1 FAST server, but PROD is mapped to 2 FAST servers.

Both FAST servers in PROD are having the same content weight and importance level weight values setup.

Please help me with your thoughts and recommendations on this issue, how to resolve or any workaround. If required we can connect in online meeting to go through the settings.
