I have a requirement that My application .exe file version should match with TFS online Build Number. I have followed below given links and implemented it but don't know why my application .exe file is not picking up the version number from TFS online Build Definition Build Format. I have executed powershell script given in the link below as "Pre-Build Script"

From above screenshot it's clear that Build Definition is getting the build version right but the version is not picked by .exe file.
