I have two entities (Customer and CustomerRole) and would like to declare many-to-many relationship between them. I can do using the following code: 

modelBuilder.Entity<CustomerRole>()
        .HasMany(cr => cr.Customers)

        .Map(m => m.ToTable("Customer_CustomerRole_Mapping"));
