I hope someone can help me.  I can't seem to undo a 1px border around all my photos.  I put it to 0px and save it and it reverts right back to 1px.  Everything on my website has boxes!  Please help.  Thank you!

It sounds to me like you've got a stroke attached to your photos. Setting the stroke to zero is not the same as removing the stroke. Setting the stroke to zero still leaves a hairline stroke but because exporting can only export full pixels, this would explain the border around the image. Try this: select the photo and look at the Appearance panel. Select the Stroke button and then click on the No Stroke button (it looks like a white square with a red slash through it). This removes the stroke.

It could also be your web formatting. When you use the <img> tag, be sure and set the border attribute to zero.
