我使用Git创建了一个Visual Studio Online解决方案（我有与TFS相同的问题），它在同一个解决方案中有一个WebProject，Portable Libs和通用应用程序。

当我在TFS Online上创建构建定义并运行时，我遇到了以下几个错误：

 错误CS0246：无法找到类型或命名空间名称'AssemblyTitle'（您是否缺少using指令或程序集 

看起来NuGet包：Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform未在恢复期间恢复构建。

Hello, 

I created a solution Visual Studio Online using Git (I have the same problem with TFS) that have in the same solution a WebProject, Portable Libs and Universal Apps.

When I create a build definition on TFS Online and run I got several errors like this:

 Error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'AssemblyTitle' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly 

Looks like that the NuGet package: Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform is not been restore during the build.

On my NuGet settings I have option to Nuget download the missing packages.

What is missing in my project configuration?
