I have a problem with UWP for Windows 10 PC. The Icons in the Action Center and in the App List have a border, while this is not the case on mobile.

As you can see on the screenshot, I added the icons for all the 44x44 logo and the unplated versions. While the icons in the taskbar and toast notification (bottom right) works, the icon in the app list and in the action center show a blue border (default windows color). Why is it the case? And I can't set the background color to gray, as I want to have transparent tiles.

Windows Mobile shows the icon without a border in the app list and the action center, so this should be a bug in the PC version.
