问题描述
我一直默认启动IIs，但现在我突然看到我的默认（且唯一）网站已关闭。我在尝试启动时收到此消息服务未及时响应启动或控制请求。
通过运行>运行iisreset CMD给了我以下
尝试停止...
互联网服务成功停止
尝试启动.. 。
重启尝试失败。
IIS管理服务被禁用
所以我去了服务和IIS管理服务已启动。我重新启动 - 仍然是相同的通知。
我搜索了很多我的个人资料。我试图解决这几天的问题但是我没有找到任何解决方案，因为我在网上发了很多关于这个问题的帖子，如上所述，但是我的问题仍然让我再次惊慌失措并且agian请帮助任何人，这将对我有很大的帮助。

I have always had IIs started by default, but suddenly now i see my default (and only) website is off. i get this message when trying to start it "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".
running iisreset via Run > CMD gives me the following
Attempting stop...
Internet services successfully stopped
Attempting start...
Restart attempt failed.
IIS Admin Service is disabled
So i went to Services, and IIS Admin Service is started. i restarted - and still the same notice.
I Search a lot for my profile .i m trying to solve it from past few days but could not found any solution as i go through many posts on net regarding the problem as i mentioned above but my problem is still striking me again and agian Please help any one it will be a great help for me.
my os is - Microsoft Windows Professional XP Version 2002 Sp2
iis - Internet Information Services Microsoft Corporation Version: 5.1

After a lot of efforts i got the solution.iis was unale to start becuse the two other services was stop one was world wide web publishing and other was event log.
Get the location controlpanel > Adminnistrative tools > Services
First start the event log service
then start the world wide web publishing service
now start the iis either from command prompt - open command prompt type - iisreset > Enter
or
direct from Control Panel >Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services > Default Websites(right click) > start.
