我的项目全是关于公司，增加员工和为员工分配工作。现在我需要有关数据库更新的通知。如果添加了新员工，则应向其余员工发送通知，即连接名为xxxxxxx的新员工，依此类推。我必须为此通知提供服务。我浏览谷歌，但我找不到

My projects is all about a company, adding of employees and assigning work to employees. Now i need notifications about database update. If a new employee is added notification should be sended to rest of the employees that new employee named xxxxxxx is joined and so on. i have to Services for this notifications. i surfed google but i cant find
