1.Select the payment Gateway(PG) :there are no. of PG solutions like- Paypal,CCAvenue,Amazon,Google,etc.They charge for their services with different slab like:Percentage amount of transaction etc.

2.After you decide the Payment Gateway,each PG provide their sample source code to integrate with your code.

You need to check with the bank if they have an exposed API that you can communicate with.
