I'm deploying a new Build agent on server in different domain than TFS server's domain. Because of our company policy, I'm unable to create trust between those 2 domains and I cannot create shadow local account on TFS server. Where do you create domain account? Do you add it to TFS?

Could just TFS server domain trust the build agent server domain? If so, you could add domain account that in build agent server and grant the enough permission.

If not, there are only these two ways for cross domain, since you also can’t create shadow local account, so you can’t achieve that requirement.
