Hello,

I was upgrading Team Foundation Server 2013 Update 5 from Update 3. In the process, I received error TF255480 stating that "IIS_IUSRS group is missing. Is domain controller: False".

I am upgrading this on a member server of a domain and have tried various fixes, none of which seem to help. I believe I may be missing something in VINPUTS/Progress/VSERVICEINSTALLED/VIIS_IUSRS, but I'm not sure how to even begin looking for that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks for your post.

What’s the machine system of your member server?
Did you installed Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) to set this server as a domain controller?
At this server: Under the Computer Management\ System Tools\ Local User and Groups\Groups to check, there no IIS_IUSRS group existed, right?
