How can I start an APP on Windows Phone 10 from my PC command line?

In Windows Phone 8 I could use XapDeployCmd.exe /launch.

But in Windows Phone 10, the WinAppDeployCmd.exe does not have this option.

Visual Studio starts the App on the device when connected with USB, so there should be a way to do it.

I think so as well, while I checked the WinAppDeployCmd.exe docs, it does not provide an option, I wonder if this could be an option that is designed to exposed to developer. I would consult it internally and if we have any result, we would post an update to here.
