I've just installed the March 09 Silverlight toolkit and I've added the Controls.Toolkit.dll and the DataVisualisation.Toolkit.dll to the project.  Done a Rebuild Solution.  However the chart control does not appear in the custom controls in Blend 2.  Other toolkit controls work fine.

Can anyone shine a light on this?
