In reading the description of CTP4, it does NOT sound like these features have been implemented yet.  I'm just wondering where in the roadmap these two features lie.  I can't use EF until these features are implemented.

These features don't relate to Code First but to the core EF. As new features make it into the core product we will look at how to best surface them through Code First.
