My forum get spammed fairly frequently for Escorts in India. Can you add a spam filter for posts that contain the words Call Girl or Escort. There's absolutely no reason for those words to be in any of the forum posts.

I agree! I don't understand why this one certain type of spam seems to keep getting through. It's as if there's no filter at all! Surely the brilliant folks at Microsoft can come up with a way to end this particular source of spam once and for all.
