I have tried to install VS2017 multiple times. I then waited for release on March 7th.

Do you have any permission or privilege execution that stop VS normal installing?
As we could see, the Access is denied and failed to run. Please try with following steps:
1. Disable all the Anti-virus software and firewall.
2. Check and detect that if you have full permission on the VS 2017 files and folders.
3. Please take the ownership of this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Visual Studio 2017\Visual Studio Tools and the file Developer Command Prompt for VS2017.lnk

5. After above steps, please run the VS 2017 as administrator.
