     Can windows phone 8(Nokia Lumia 820) communicate with Mifare Desfire EV1 and Classic Tags?

I'm not familiar with the details of Mifare but if it's possible at all, you would presumably use the Proximity feature for Windows Phone 8 (i.e. NFC API's) and/or the API related to Wallet for Windows Phone 8.
